Robert Half has exclusively partnered with a fast-growing fintech to expand their Brisbane-based support team with the addition of an Application Support Analyst.

This isn't a helpdesk role. You'll be supporting critical, real-time systems that underpin complex financial platforms, working on production issues, cloud environments, and automation pipelines from day one.

You'll join a supportive, cross-functional team made up of DevOps Engineers, Cloud Specialists, and Software Developers, all focused on stability, uptime, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues in real time
• Write and review SQL scripts to solve live operational problems
• Monitor alerts, dashboards, and logs across critical platforms
• Support clients and internal teams during technical integrations
• Own incidents end-to-end-from diagnosis to fix and prevention
• Contribute to CI/CD tooling and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)

Requirements

• Prior experience in an Application Support or similar role
• Solid SQL querying skills
• Eagerness to learn Azure, DevOps tooling, scripting, and monitoring systems
• Clear communication skills and composure under pressure
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and grow
