About the Role:
Reporting to our Quality and Administration Lead, the Quality Assurance Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and professionalism of our sales operations. This role will be responsible for monitoring calls, providing feedback to agents, updating QA materials, and helping foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular call monitoring to assess sales agent performance against compliance and quality standards.

Provide clear and constructive feedback to agents based on call assessments.

Update and maintain quality assurance training documents and compliance refresher modules.

Support the delivery of compliance training sessions and refresher programs.

Manage compliance communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with general administrative duties to support the QA and Compliance function.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding compliance and service excellence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, or administration (preferred but not essential).

Ability to give clear, constructive feedback in a supportive way.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
