The Role
This is more than just an admin role. As HR & WHS Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of the People & Culture team, working across three aligned companies to support their employees from onboarding to exit—and everything in between.
You’ll be a go-to person for everything from HRIS management and compliance tracking to injury management and culture-building initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Provide day-to-day HR admin support (contracts, onboarding, compliance)
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS (FoundU)
- Coordinate WHS and Return-to-Work processes
- Assist with training records, performance documentation & employee lifecycle support
- Offer frontline HR and WHS support to staff and managers
- Help drive engagement and continuous improvement in people practices

Who You Are
- You’ve got at least 2 years in a similar HR or safety admin role
- You know your way around an HRIS (FoundU experience is a plus)
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy, people-focused environment
- You’re confident working independently, but love being part of a supportive team
- You understand the importance of privacy, professionalism, and empathy—especially when dealing with people at their most vulnerable
