About the Position

Position Description
- Lead daily operations across bar, dining, and gaming areas, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Oversee rostering, staffing, and efficient team deployment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with club policies, licensing regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain operational excellence, including cash management and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business improvements and initiatives.
Position Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or club environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
- Current RSA and RCG certificates (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of food, beverage, and gaming operations.
- Experience with rostering, cash handling, and operational reporting.
- Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team effectively.
- Commitment to upholding high standards and compliance with regulations.
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster including nights and weekends.
