Position Description

• Lead daily operations across bar, dining, and gaming areas, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Oversee rostering, staffing, and efficient team deployment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with club policies, licensing regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain operational excellence, including cash management and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business improvements and initiatives.

Position Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or club environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
• Current RSA and RCG certificates (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of food, beverage, and gaming operations.
• Experience with rostering, cash handling, and operational reporting.
• Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team effectively.
• Commitment to upholding high standards and compliance with regulations.
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster including nights and weekends.
