Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fast Food Manager to oversee the daily operations of Remedy Roasters Cafe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, staff, customer service, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Determine product mix, maintain optimal stock levels, and uphold high service standards.

● Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including pricing strategies.

● Promote and advertise the café’s products and services to attract and retain customers.

● Sell products and provide customers with advice on menu items and options.

● Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions.

● Prepare and manage budgets, focusing on profitability and operational efficiency.

● Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.

● Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety regulations.

● Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any operational issues promptly.

● Drive initiatives to improve workflow and customer service in a busy, fast-paced setting.

Skills and Experience Required:

● Proven experience in a managerial role within a fast food, quick service, or high-turnover hospitality environment.

● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and staff management skills.

● Experience in budgeting, stock control, and financial reporting.
