🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the right hand to our CFO and Operations Manager, helping keep the business machine running smoothly through a mix of finance, operations, and process optimisation tasks. You’ll be:

Assisting with day-to-day financial operations: accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, budgeting support, and reporting

Collaborating with the CFO on cash flow tracking, financial modelling, and forecasting

Supporting the Operations Manager on workflow systems, internal procedures, and process improvement initiatives

Coordinating data tracking, reporting and helping build dashboards that help leaders make better decisions

Taking ownership of admin functions that free up executive time and maximise team performance

Learning how every part of the business ticks, so you can one day step into leadership yourself

This role is not for the faint-hearted. We’re after someone:

With a background in finance, accounting, commerce, or operations

Who is analytically sharp, detail-obsessed, and loves solving problems

With strong communication skills – you’ll be dealing with leaders across all departments

Who’s naturally organised, proactive, and unflappable under pressure

Bonus points if you have experience with Xero, ClickUp, or financial systems (but not essential)
