Solar Surge Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Solar Appointment Setter to join our team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This role is offering a base hourly rate + Commissions. Weekly earnings $1,000 - $2,000 per week. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to thrive in a rewarding and fast-paced sales environment.

This role is 1pm - 6pm Monday - Thursday & 8am - 1pm: Base rate of $31.5 per hour plus commissions paid weekly.

You will be provided with daily qualified leads to call and book into in-home solar appointments.

Call qualified leads for residential solar panel installations & batteries

Follow up reschedules

Updating our CRM pipedrive accurately

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 - 2 years of proven experience in solar appointments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Proficient in sales technology

Passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
