At RRCA / Webb & Co. we specialise in Labour Hire and Recruitment - the two brands sit amongst the Blue Collar & Healthcare space, respectively.

The role we have on offer is not a labour hire position, but an internal appointment setting role working directly with the team!

On a day-to-day basis, you will be (mostly) cold calling potential clients, with the goal of getting our Sales & Business Manager booked in for a Face-to-Face appointment to discuss our services.

Initial KPI's for this position will see you setting a minimum of 10 qualified appointments per week.

Share a cut! - Commission for each client, successfully booked by you, with active candidates, paid monthly.

This is an ongoing role, with flexible hours, working from our Office in Hurlstone Park Mon-Thurs (4-6hrs daily), with a future option to work from home of a Friday, for the right candidate.
