Durawall has been manufacturing and supplying concrete sleeper retaining wall components to civil, trade and retail customers since 2010. We are trusted within the industry and deliver beyond our client’s expectations. Starting out with 3 employees making 30 sleepers a day to currently just under 20 staff making over 800 products per day.

We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic customer service person to join our team. Your position would be customer focused welcoming everyone with a smile, face to face or via phone, promoting and selling our products, assisting customers with planning and delivery of their materials.

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their entire experience. Our customers are tradespeople and homeowners looking to build a retaining wall. We pride ourselves on giving them a great friendly experience when they come into our office and in our dealings over the phone. Your customer-comes -first attitude will be your big selling point!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting walk in customers with a friendly attitude

Answering sales calls and enquiries in a helpful and efficient way

Sending out quotes and orders via email

Following up on quotes to keep things moving

Organising deliveries and production needs

Taking care of general admin tasks

Working with the production team to manage stock

Handling stock in the yard

What we offer:

Flexible hours between 7.00am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday up to 38 hrs per week

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. Experience with Microsoft Office is essential. Experience using MYOB would be advantageous.
