About us - Ruse Brasserie and Bar

Located in the Parramatta square development. We are on the lookout for a talented CDP chef to join the enthusiastic and energetic team at Ruse bar & brasserie. Ruse is designed around a sharing style menu that revolves around charcoal and wood fire cooking. From fresh handmade pasta to head to tail butchery - everything will be made and produced in house. Competitive pay package, great work life balance and on the job training is what we offer.

Key skills we’re looking for

  • 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Detailed and in- depth knowledge of food and produce.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Available to work nights and weekends
  • Full Australian working rights
