We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our hotel’s high level of standards with attention to detail within our meeting and events department (banquets, conferencing & events)
Identifying training and development opportunities for our event team
Management of rosters, labour costs and stock control
Liaise with our Meeting and Events team as well as our Kitchen department to ensure a smooth event execution and client experience
Drive our WHS initiatives within the F&B department.
Coordinate logistics for events, including setup and breakdown
7-day rotating roster
Ideally you will have:
A passion for guest service and delivering a great experience to your guests
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience in a supervisor capacity within a hotel or hospitality environment
Prior experience working in a supervisory role within a banquets and hotel operation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong knowledge on beverage preparation, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
A firm understanding of the industries HACCP compliance.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential
Physically able to be on feet for extended periods and assist with event setup
Food Handler Basics Training Certificate is mandatory
