Your Role
This isn’t a reception desk or cold-call gig. You’ll be in the trenches managing:
• Document collection and file accuracy
• Booking and confirming client appointments
• Prepping sales decks and session materials
• Following up with leads via SMS, email, and phone
• Updating and managing CRM data and notes
• Liaising with developers, brokers, and internal team
• Tracking commissions and deal status
• Supporting sales system building and backend admin
You’ll be the operations muscle behind every sale—keeping things tight, clean, and moving fast.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in sales support, EA/PA, or operations preferred
• CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech savvy (Google Drive, Microsoft Suite, Zoom/Teams)
• Ambition to grow and take ownership of the role
