The successful candidate will need to have at least a majority of the following attributes:
Three to five years experience (preferably more) in an office administration environment
Real estate experience desirable, but not essential
Ability to reliably work at least school hours 5 days a week 48 weeks per year
A long term career commitment
Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
Refreshing friendly attitude and positive team player
At least three high quality references
