Your new role

Your new role as a Commercial Property Management Administrator is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and fostering the company's continuous growth. In this position, you will be passionate about assisting in various administrative tasks and supporting the property management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receipt tenant rentals and outgoings
  • Entering rents
  • Account coding/Entering accounts/Processing accounts
  • Making appointments for Director
  • Dealing with email enquiries from tenants/landlords/contractors
  • Compiling letters from Director/Property Managers
  • Pay landlords, contractors & suppliers
  • Entering in new properties/new extensions/assignments
  • Reviewing/entering CPI & fixed rates for Commercial Leases
  • Reconciliations for various properties/tenants payments
  • Invoicing tenants
  • Compiling monthly reports and as required
  • Closing off for end of month office procedures

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience within a similar role or industry.
  • High level of organisation, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
