About the Roles:

Manage portfolios of approximately 150–160 properties (depending on the role)

Full end-to-end Property Management including leasing, vacates, routines, maintenance coordination, and client relationship management

Modern systems including PropertyMe, Inspection Express (360 camera technology), Realworks, and IRE (varies per agency)

Latest tech tools and strong administrative support provided

Fuel reimbursement available with some roles

Work-from-home flexibility: up to one day per week

Company phone and accessories provided in many opportunities

Monday to Friday only – no weekends required

Onsite or nearby parking available

What We Are Looking For:

Previous Senior Property Management experience

Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised

Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills

Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously

Positive attitude, adaptable, and collaborative

Passionate about delivering a high level of service to owners and tenants
