Our partner is seeking a Senior Property Manager & Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic team in the south of Gold Coast region!

your role

  • Manage or assist in managing a portfolio of 200 properties, with plans to grow it to 300+
  • Tenant & landlord management
  • Office hours: Monday - Friday - get your weekends back!
  • Salary increases as portfolio size increases
  • BDM & leasing support available
  • Field agent support available for routines & entry reports
  • VA & trust accounting support
  • Cafe on site & office pets
  • Immediate start available


your advantage

  • Prior experience in a similar role ideal but not essential
  • Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent
  • Reliable car and drivers license essential
  • Has exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enjoys being part of a team and working alongside senior staff!
