The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business across our fleet operations and build opportunities for our new specialty recycling services. You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing client relationships across construction, mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure new waste and recycling contracts across the Surat Basin

Drive sales for our new machines and specialty services

Develop strong relationships with CSG operators, contractors, councils, and major project stakeholders

Collaborate with operations and management to tailor service offerings to client needs

Attend industry events, prepare tenders, and contribute to strategic growth plans

Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular progress reports

About You:

Proven experience in a BDM or sales role (waste industry or industrial sales preferred)

Strong knowledge of the Surat Basin region and key industries

Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

A solutions-focused attitude with a drive to exceed targets

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the region
