About the role

This is a part-time Bookkeeper role based in Springwood, Queensland, with flexible school hours to suit (9am to 2.30pm but flexible). You will be responsible for managing the financial accounts and records for Robertos Cheesecakes', a respected local business specialising in delicious homemade cheesecakes.

What you'll be doing

Handling daily bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations (approx 5 hours per week)

You will also be assisting the owner of the business run his other finance broking business (car, truck, equipment finance plus some home loans), task will include quoting, answering emails, completing applications, making calls, arranging settlements, some compliance work (approx 22 hours per week)

What we're looking for

Several years' experience in a bookkeeping

Strong working knowledge of accounting software MYOB

You must be financially savvy and know how to read a P&L and must be quick with numbers
