Tom’s Confectionery Warehouse, a well-known name in the confectionery industry, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic part-time team member to support our bookkeeping and data entry functions.

About the role:
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with the finance and operations teams, supporting a range of responsibilities from backing up our bookkeeper to managing product data and helping with in-store pricing. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to real-world systems such as Xero and Shopify, with flexible part-time hours in a supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

Bookkeeping support: Provide backup assistance to our bookkeeper, ensuring day-to-day financial tasks are kept up to date.

Product data entry: Enter and maintain accurate product information across systems, supporting the smooth flow of inventory and pricing.

Shopify maintenance: Assist in cleaning old data and creating new, accurate product listings on our Shopify platform.

In-store support: Help with price tagging and related administrative tasks to support the team on the shop floor.

About you:
You’ll bring a methodical approach to your work and enjoy keeping things organised and accurate. You don’t need a formal qualification—what matters most is your attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to learn. Experience with Xero and Shopify is a big plus, but not essential.

Requirements:

Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or data entry tasks

Experience with Xero and/or Shopify is highly desirable

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

A can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
