As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Internal Sales Technician to join our team. If you’re technically skilled, customer-focused, and ready to contribute from day one, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in hydraulics – expertise in hydraulic hose and fittings is essential for this role.

Strong customer service orientation – you know how to build trust and long-term client relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – clear, professional, and confident.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail – especially when preparing quotes, processing orders, and issuing invoices.

Exceptional memory and product knowledge retention – able to recall technical specifications and customer history quickly and accurately.

Competent with computers and systems – able to navigate quoting and invoicing platforms with ease.

Organised and proactive – you manage priorities well and take initiative.

Able to multitask under pressure – comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Physically capable – some manual handling is occasionally required.

Current Australian driver’s licence – required for the role.

Forklift licence – advantageous, though not essential.

Experience in hydraulic and industrial product markets – highly regarded and will be reflected in the remuneration.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately preparing quotes, sales orders, and invoices to support timely and efficient service delivery.

Managing the full order process – from customer enquiry through to order completion.

Ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.

Collaborating with the workshop and warehouse teams to meet order deadlines.

Assisting with hose assembly and fabrication as required.

Supporting stock control and store organisation.

Occasionally assisting with picking and packing during peak periods or when extra hands are needed.
