Although this role will work in and support all areas of internal sales, accurate order entry, combined with exceptional customer service and order / supplier follow up will be the key to your success (and more grapes!)

Want to know a little more about the role...(we know you are detail orientated but if we listed every single task, the ad would cost more than the salary on offer!). So here is an abriged version;

· Enter all orders into system accurately and efficiently

· Attend to incoming sales and technical enquiries from customer via phone, fax, email or face to face

· Provide detailed and accurate quotations to customers, maximising all sales opportunities

· Provide support to external sales teams by attending to customer requests, providing product information, technical expertise, developing quotes & processing orders

· Assist with technical support issues as required

· Conduct warm calling and assist with counter sales as needed

· Provide support to accounts and purchasing departments as required

· Receipting in POs /invoicing and chasing overdue PO's

· Upload all invoices to Ariba
