Our team is growing and we are recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join the National Aluminium team, located at Dandenong South. About the Role
The Sales Coordinator is a key member of the sales operations team, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth execution of the end-to-end sales process. This role serves as a vital link between customers and internal departments, managing order lifecycles, maintaining clear and timely communication, and proactively coordinating internal activities to drive customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delivery timelines, and product inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, warehouse, sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Assist with reporting, maintain accurate records, and support data integrity for compliance
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales coordination or customer service, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Professional, empathetic customer communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
Solid understanding of order processing, logistics workflows, and ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with high attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
