About the company:

As the Area Manager, your role will be to oversee multiple sites, lead on-the-ground teams, and be the key contact for both staff and clients. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Head Office and ensure service excellence and smooth day-to-day operations through various tasks, including:

Managing day-to-day site operations and team performance across multiple locations

Building strong client relationships and ensuring high service standards

Leading, supporting, and training on-site staff

Coordinating rosters, attendance, and resource needs

Conducting regular site visits, inspections, and reporting to Head Office

Proactively resolving issues and identifying opportunities to improve or upsell services

What skills are we looking for?:

Proven leadership experience, ideally in cleaning, facilities, or operations

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Confidence in managing teams, rosters, and performance

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems

A collaborative approach and commitment to service excellence

Full driver’s license and ability to travel across Melbourne
