Advance Cleaning Management is an established Commercial Cleaning company based in Sydney for over 25 years.

We are on the lookout for a top-tier Business Development Manager highly experienced in the Commercial Cleaning Industry, with an opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success whilst being provided an exceptional pay package to match.

If successful, the candidate's compensation package will include:

$150,000 Base Salary Including Vehicle/Travel Allowance + Super

Attractive (Uncapped) Commission Scheme

Extensive working knowledge of the Commercial Cleaning sales pipeline from start to close is a must, your responsibilities including:

Identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients in the Sydney region, with the ability to independently generate leads, quote, and close deals.

Collaborating with Senior Management to develop and execute a strategic business development plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Integration with the Operations Team to develop competitive proposals and maintain smooth long-term performance of contracts.

Staying updated on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
