About the Role

As our new Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our practice and an integral part of helping our patients feel supported on their journey to reaching their health potential. You’ll assist in the smooth operation of our practice and support our team in delivering an outstanding patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

· Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly attitude

· Managing appointments and general reception duties

· Processing payments, including HICAPS and Medicare claims

· Supporting Chiropractors to provide exceptional patient care

· Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

· Educating patients on Chiropractic and wellness principles

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has a strong interest in holistic health, wellness and Chiropractic care

· Organised with a strong attention to detail

· Great written and verbal communication skills

· Friendly, professional and great with people

· Able to multitask in a busy fast paced environment

· A quick learner with a proactive mindset

· Sound computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and procedures

Hours

· Tuesday AM (7:30-11:30) and PM (1:30-6:30)

· Thursday PM (1:30-6:30)

· Potential for adding Saturday AM (7:30-11:30)

· Occasional team events/expos, professional development, meetings or holiday/sick cover

Experience in healthcare, administration or customer service is a bonus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
