Chiropractic Assistant (CA) – Casual

Job Summary:

Chiro Assistant role in a holistic clinic! Admin + client care for someone organised, caring & passionate about wellness

Front Desk & Client Services

Padbury, Western Australia

Reports To:
Practice Owner / Principal Chiropractor

Salary:
Casual | $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience) + super

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and manage clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic diary

Answer phone and email enquiries promptly and helpfully

Process payments and maintain accurate client records

Assist chiropractors in coordinating client flow

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clinic environment

Be open to learning new systems and operations as required

Cover additional shifts when other CAs are on leave

Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and able to work independently

Positive, friendly, and professional demeanour

Additional Requirements:

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration preferred

A genuine interest or background in chiropractic or holistic health

Availability Monday & Wednesday afternoons (2:30pm–7:00pm) and for occasional cover shifts

Preference will be given to people living within 15-20 minutes of Padbury.
