About the role

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Practise Manager / Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing West End Chiropractic & Wellness Centre team. This part-time role is based in our clinic in West End, QLD and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our practice, as well as providing administrative and clinical support to our chiropractic team.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing front desk and reception operations, including scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, and managing patient records

Providing support to chiropractors during patient consultations and treatments

Ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Assisting with marketing and patient engagement initiatives to promote the practice and its services

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall growth and development of the practice

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar practise management or chiropractic assistant role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Basic understanding of chiropractic care and medical terminology

Proficiency in using practice management software and other administrative tools

A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of the practice
