RAC Cable Beach Holiday Park is located in Broome, right in the heart of WA's breathtaking and beautiful Northwest Kimberley region just a sand dune away from the pristine white sands of the renowned Cable Beach. Featuring self-contained cabins, studios, powered caravan sites, campsites, a 19m saltwater swimming pool and nearby General Store, our accommodation holds approximately 500 guests at peak and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Front Office Attendant to join our friendly team on a Full-Time basis. This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth.

What does every day look like for you?

You will spend your days:

• Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the holiday park, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
• Answering incoming phone calls and aiding over the phone and via email.
• Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the park, including for school groups, weddings and events.
• Assisting with general operations of the park.

What are we looking for?

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
• Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential).
• Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
