Front Counter Customer Service Agent – Car Rental (Perth CBD)

🕒 Roster: 5 days/week including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Aries Car Rental is one of Perth’s most trusted names in car hire, serving locals, tourists, and business travellers with a fleet of quality vehicles and exceptional service. We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Front Counter Booking & Customer Service Agent to join our Perth-based team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face customer interaction, can confidently manage bookings, and is happy to jump in and help when the pressure is on – including assisting with car cleaning in back-to-back bookings (don’t worry, we have a dedicated detailing team, but teamwork matters).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet and assist customers in person at our Perth City office

Handle bookings, enquiries, and extensions using our HQ Rentals system

Manage customer communication via phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp

Prepare rental agreements, verify documents, and explain insurance options

Coordinate contactless pickups and key handovers via our Sharebox system

Collaborate with the fleet team to ensure vehicles are ready and presented professionally

Step in to lightly clean vehicles (e.g., vacuum, wipe-down) during busy periods

Follow up on quotes and maintain accurate customer records

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and confident communicator with face-to-face customer service experience

Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn booking and CRM systems

A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to get hands-on when needed

Able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Valid WA driver’s licence (manual licence preferred, not essential)
