The Role
We are seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to work across our Kiama and Figtree clinics on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8am–5pm. Additional shifts and relief opportunities may be available at other locations for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients and creating a welcoming, professional first impression

Managing appointments and incoming phone calls

Invoicing, receipting payments and managing patient accounts, including WorkCover claims

Supporting clinical staff with general administration and office tasks

Ensuring the clinic operates smoothly and patients are well cared for

Upholding WorkCover guidelines in coordination with therapists

What We're Looking For
You’re someone who thrives in a supportive team, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys creating meaningful connections with clients. You bring energy, empathy, and attention to detail to your work, along with a high standard of ethics and professionalism.

Ideal Experience & Attributes

Previous medical or physiotherapy reception/administration experience preferred

Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with practice software (Nookal or similar)

Excellent typing, communication and problem-solving skills

Strong multitasking ability with great organisational habits

Customer service-focused mindset with a can-do attitude

Flexibility to cover extra shifts as needed

Experience with WorkCover processes is desirable
