About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio that includes industrial, office, and retail properties, with a strong emphasis on retail.

You'll step into a busy and established portfolio supported by a hands-on and knowledgeable leadership team. The business impressively uses Cirrus 8, with systems and processes in place to help you succeed from day one.

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience in commercial property management
• Strong retail property management experience is highly regarded
• Proficiency in Cirrus 8 software
• Strong understanding of property legislation, lease administration, and trust accounting basics
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
• A team mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities confidently
