Contracts Administrators and Project Coordinators are sought by an established Commercial Fit Out Contractor in Sydney, to work on commercial fit out/ heavy refurbishment projects between $5 million and $50 million.

Working under a PM with corporate clients, with projects ranging from $5 million - 50 million on average

$110k to $150k package

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager

You will have:

A Construction Management Degree or similar

Previous project coordination or contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essential, with commercial fit out experience highly regarded.

Experience with procurement, letting contracts, design coordination, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments

Jobpac, MS Suite and Procore experience is preferred

A steady career history and proven CA/ PC background
