As the Head of Digital Marketing & Strategy, you will be the cornerstone of our digital growth strategy, overseeing performance marketing, customer retention, eCommerce optimisation, and cross-brand digital synergies. You will work closely with leadership teams across various industries, lending your expertise to accelerate brand growth and drive results in diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Snooza’s Digital Strategy: Own and evolve the full-funnel digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on performance marketing, CRM, and eCommerce optimisation for Snooza.
Strategic Oversight for Multiple Brands: Collaborate across businesses within our umbrella, providing expert advice on digital marketing strategies, cross-brand opportunities, and tailored campaigns to accelerate growth in diverse sectors.
Lead Paid Acquisition & Retention: Manage and optimise paid acquisition programs across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Klaviyo, driving both customer acquisition and retention.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Translate analytics and insights into actionable strategies. Use data to inform marketing initiatives, drive experimentation, and optimise the customer journey across all touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, brand, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies and alignment on brand storytelling.
Mentor & Inspire Teams: Lead and develop a high-performing in-house team while managing external agencies. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and results.
Innovate and Challenge the Status Quo: Bring fresh ideas, test new technologies, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our brands remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
About You
Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in senior digital marketing roles, with a focus on scaling D2C or lifestyle brands. Experience in multiple industries is a plus.
Track Record of Digital Growth: Extensive experience in performance marketing and brand-building, with a proven ability to drive measurable growth across eCommerce channels.
Hands-On Experience: Proficient in Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Suite, and CRO tools. Comfortable leading large-scale paid campaigns while balancing creative strategy with data-driven decisions.
Strategic & Creative Leader: A visionary with the ability to develop high-level strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to execute. Strong EQ with a collaborative, results-oriented leadership style.
Cross-Industry Experience: Comfortable working across different sectors and lending your digital expertise to new and emerging businesses within the umbrella.
Growth Mindset: A leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by ambitious goals. You enjoy the challenge of building brands from the ground up and scaling them to new heights.
