This position is responsible for working closely with the management on quality assurance tasks and is not an entry level position. You will be dealing with various departments such as raw materials, quality assurance, logistics and general administration. You must be well organised, punctual and reliable as ongoing training is provided by the management. Must have a valid driver's licence, reliable car, PR or Australian citizen as this position is located in the Woodridge area (1 hour from Perth).

Hours of work is approximately 38 hours per week plus early mornings and late nights including weekends. Most of the time you will be liaising with relevant departments and stakeholders.

Summary of duties

Ensure that all safety and health rules, regulations, policies and procedures are followed including compliance.

Provide intermediate/experienced leadership and management to production departments.

Ensure logistics and warehouse duties are completed including maintenance work.

Supervising and training department teams during planting, harvesting and packing on a daily basis.

Assist in stocktaking and quality assurance documentation.

General farm maintenance experience ie. raw materials, irrigation, spraying and machinery.

Salary

This is a salary packaged role plus employer superannuation contribution. Base remuneration determined by skills and experience start from $79,040 pa plus super.
