Adelaide’s Finest Supermarkets Pasadena Foodland is looking for Customer Service 2IC. A Second-in-Charge Customer Service Supervisor (often referred to as 2IC) plays a crucial role in supporting the Customer Service Manager and ensuring smooth operations within the customer service team.
This is a 38-hour per week position, across a 7-day rotating roster.
Applicants must have previous leadership and Customer Service experience.
Previous supermarket experience is not essential but will be well regarded.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Experience in customer service and supervisory roles.
· Ability to handle escalations and problem-solving efficiently.
· Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
· Maintain a clean and safe space for customers and staff
· Willingness to work hours across all our trading hours
· Mon-Fri 7am-9pm Sat 7am-5pm Sun 9am-5pm
Assist in training and developing customer service team in processes
