Your Drilling Career Pathway:

• Driller Offsider (Year 1): $110K + Super
• Trainee Driller (Year 2): $130K + Super
• Driller Level 1 (Year 3): $160K + Super
• Driller Level 2 (Year 4): $180K + Super
• Driller Level 3 (Year 5): $200K + Super

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drillers with daily operations and equipment maintenance
• Load and unload drill rods and core samples
• Clean and maintain the rig and site
• Support sample preparation and measurement

What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit with manual labouring or trade experience
• Valid manual C class licence (HR licence a bonus or willingness to obtain)
• Clean police record (essential for mine site access)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
• Permanent Australian residency or citizenship
• Residing in Western Australia
• Committed to safety and capable of working long rosters away from home
• Ready to work 12-hour shifts for 2+ weeks straight – and enjoy a third of the year off
