Location: Cremorne (Metro) - 4 weeks initial training at Broadmeadows campus

Role Type: Permanent Full-Time (Monday-Friday, onsite)

Remuneration: Commencing from $76,986.00 + super (depending on experience)

About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Desk Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role offers real progression opportunities and the chance to work with the latest technologies. You will provide Level 1 & 2 support for staff and students across metro and regional campuses. Initially, you will be based at our Broadmeadows campus for training before moving to our Cremorne campus permanently.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues in a dynamic educational environment
• Work with Microsoft tools including SCCM and Intune to configure and maintain IT equipment
• Collaborate with a supportive team of 9 IT professionals, including 6 fellow Service Desk Specialists
• Develop your technical skills while making a meaningful impact on education delivery

You'll be joining a team with engineers based across different campuses including Docklands Metro and regional Bendigo, giving you exposure to diverse technical environments and challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of ICT ticketing systems
• Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
