Your new role
As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that there is appropriate and relevant strategies, planning, implementation and operations to meet the ICT service support needs of the staff, sites and divisions across Uniting.
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level help desk support for the company’s core applications, systems and hardware.
- Monitoring queues and answer customer calls
- Responding to questions from internal staff face to face, telephone and email.
- Providing onsite support within the region

Your skills and experience
- Proven experience as a member of a help desk team using ITIL processes and compatible technologies to maintain service support excellence
- Demonstrated experience in providing services within diverse geographical region to a large service organisation
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with ICT and other professionals
- Working knowledge of O365 applications
