As part of our Client Services team, you'll be ensuring our customers get the exceptional service they deserve. Whether it's handling inquiries or managing policy updates, you'll be the face of our customer-centric approach. The role

• Onsite and full time, no insurance experience required as full paid training provided
• Answer general inquiries, amending existing policies, and setting up new ones
• Provide outstanding service to our new and existing clients
• Promote the perks of our products and services to current and new customers
• Actively listen and tailor policies to meet customer needs
• Work towards sales and performance targets
