The Role:

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our growing team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using multimedia and digital channels to support marketing growth, national business development, and sales efforts, including the production of compelling tender content.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning, developing, and producing multimedia content including videos, animations, graphics, photography, and audio for both internal and external use.

Creating and executing engaging content strategies for digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and web campaigns to attract and retain clients.

Managing Orgen Group’s website structure, content planning, and SEO to improve online visibility and lead generation.

Supporting the development of tender responses and capability statements through high-quality visual and interactive presentations.

Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to design content aligned with business growth objectives.

Tracking and analysing digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms and content types.

Maintaining a digital asset library and adhering to brand and compliance guidelines.

Working with stakeholders to understand multimedia needs and deliver projects on time.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a multimedia professional who brings a creative mindset, strong design skills, and a strategic approach to digital storytelling and brand presence.

Ideal candidates will have:

A bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design, or related field, OR at least 4 years of relevant experience in a multimedia/digital marketing role.

Demonstrated expertise using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).

Experience with web platforms and content management systems (such as WordPress), along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

A strong understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and campaign execution across digital channels.

Excellent visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

Experience supporting formal sales and tender submissions is highly valued.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration:

An annual salary of $75,000 to $79,000 AUD, depending on skills and experience.
