About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Club Noble. This is a casual position located in Noble Park, VIC 3174. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting members and guests upon arrival, with a positive and friendly attitude

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries in a timely and courteous manner

Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records

Providing support to the management team as required

Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised at all times

Daytime role with up to 30hrs

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a hospitality or club environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and computer software including Adobe Creative

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle changing priorities

Current Victorian Gaming License preferred but not essential

The ability to communicate in other languages an advantage
