Our client, an industry leading organisation in Australia & Globally, are looking for an experienced Payroll Professional to assist with their current system implementation.

It is a busy environment with multiple payrolls and many complex awards/internal EBA's. They are looking for a strong Payroll professional who is experienced in projects and passionate about continuous improvement and delivery, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and delivering payroll projects and effectively managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve taking leadership of the Payroll projects function to drive continuous improvement across the organisation team with key tasks involving:

• Take ownership of end-to-end payroll improvement projects, from concept to implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring
  alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Track project progress, create status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with system administrators and vendors to resolve issues and
  optimize performance

About You:
The successful applicant will have proven payroll project management experience in complex environments;

• Strong knowledge of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation.
• Experience with a prior implementation project
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Background in high-volume environments.
• Hands on payroll processing experience with large payroll sizes
