THE CLIENT
This growing global business has an opening for an experienced payroll specialist to join on the BAU and ultimately assist and drive success in system implementation projects - moving to ichris.

THE ROLE

  • Assist with end to end payroll processing
  • Payroll compliance accroding to EBA and Award
  • Preparation of process and compliance
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Supporting with payroll legislative changes
  • Be involved in process improvements and implementations

THE PERSON

  • End to end payroll processing experience
  • Knowledge of interpreting Awards/EBAs
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication
  • Problem solving skills
  • ichris/UKG/Preceda highly regarded
