The Opportunity

Global household brand is looking for an experienced Payroll Consultant to support the team with the implementation of a new payroll platform(Chris21/iChris). This also includes supporting with end-to-end BAU payroll processes as well as all ensuring payroll processes comply with relevant laws an, regulation and standards.

The Role:

This opening comes about due to continuous expansion and is a great foot in the door. Reporting to the Payroll manager your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for reconciliation of the pay calculation between different EBA awards.
• Payroll compliance
• Assisting the payroll team with end-to-end payroll process
• Assisting with development and implementation of new systems
• Supporting internal stakeholders and external consultants
• Process improvements
• Ad hoc tasks

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant role
• Excellent written and communications skills
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations in ANZ
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
