The Opportunity
This role offers a unique platform to significantly impact the pest control industry. As Business Development/Sales Manager, you will lead initiatives to strengthen the Fumax brand, secure key commercial and industrial accounts, and identify and develop new business opportunities. Extensive travel throughout the designated regions will be required to cultivate strong client relationships and play a crucial role in the successful launch of new projects. Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and residential pest control markets across Australia.
• Brand Enhancement: Champion the Fumax brand through strategic networking, active participation in industry events, and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Client Acquisition: Secure meetings with key decision-makers and effectively close deals within target industries.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with internal teams to ensure effective staffing and execution of new contracts.
• Client Onboarding: Oversee and support all aspects of new client integration, ensuring seamless transitions through the implementation of necessary systems and processes.
