About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, this is a broad and impactful generalist HR role where no two days are the same. You’ll support day-to-day operations while also leading strategic projects that shape the future of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations & Performance Management: Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and support performance management (PIPs, coaching, exits). Advise and coach managers on people leadership.
HR Compliance: Maintain HR records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and update HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development: Organise training initiatives and career development programs, supporting employee growth and performance reviews.
Engagement & Wellbeing: Drive employee engagement, wellbeing programs, and support company culture initiatives.
Offboarding: Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
HRIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate HR reports.
Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate probation reviews, employee check-ins, and lifecycle touchpoints.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support workforce planning, organisational design, and strategic HR initiatives.
Launch and manage employee engagement surveys and action plans.
Assist with reward & recognition programs and company-wide cultural projects.
Coordinate return-to-work plans and manage workplace injuries.
Drive HRIS optimisation and implement data-driven decision-making.
Help establish scalable HR frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Support with learning & development programs to meet business needs.
