Role Overview: Due to recent team expansion and forecast growth Renovator Store is seeking a full time HR Officer to manage the organisation's human resources. Would you enjoy sourcing stellar personnel to assist our growth and organising our HR function to capture human resource efficiency and ensure all our team are trained and developing? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! RenovatorStore.com.au is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Recruitment and recruitment advertising including remuneration analysis and reviewing, interviewing and testing applicants.
Resource planning: Working with management and teams to plan the resourcing for current and upcoming projects and tasks, and to ensure the business can react to changing resource requirements and the business' change initiatives. This will include coordinating with external labour hire groups.
Development: Development and execution of HR recruitment and staff induction orientation practices and HR training practices.
Training: Design and execute staff training programmes on business procedures, culture and policies, and maintenance of a staff training register.
Organisation: Preparation of HR related documentation including staff contracts and flexible work arrangements. Maintain personnel records for current and past employees
Performance: Manage our organisation performance review process, make performance assessments, and make recommendations on remuneration, incentives, and staff development
Philippine resource management: Advise management on HR best practices in the Philippine context, ensuring fairness, compliance, and effective human resource management (Note: the majority of our staff/contractors are based in the Philippines)
Dispute resolution: HR issue and dispute resolution
Reporting: Maintaining compliance and accuracy in all aspects of HR and pay and report on organisation culture and human resource KPIs. Collate and analyse HR data to produce reports and dashboards for informed decision-making. Report periodically on remuneration level comparisons.

About You:
Qualified: At least a relevant university under-graduate degree or greater and 2 year work experience or at least 5 years experience in HR management (essential)
Philippine experience: Fluency in Filipino and a strong understanding of Philippine workplace culture and norms are preferred, but not essential
eCommerce experience: We will value knowledge and understanding of the key functions and challenges of a growing eCommerce business across all functions like warehouse, logisitics, inventory management, manufacturing, website development, eCommerce platforms, product development, marketing, customer service, wholesale sales, and administration functions (preferred)
Passionate: Demonstrates a strong interest human resource management and people culture.
Energetic and Enthusiastic: Ready to take on new challenges and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Detail-Oriented: Pays attention to detail and strives for excellence in all tasks.
Team Player: Works well within a team and communicates effectively.
Location: Braeside office warehouse, and flexible work arrangements
