Are you a talented HR professional with experience cultivating high-quality partnerships with senior leaders to build their people management capabilities?
Do you thrive solving problems and influencing outcomes in a high volume fast paced environment?
As a Strategic HR Business Partner, your role is to partner with, and coach, senior leaders and managers to create and implement strategic HR plans and initiatives that improve organisational performance and productivity to meet DPIRD’s strategic and operational outcomes. You will provide exceptional support for complex and sensitive people management issues, fostering a positive, safe and inclusive values-based culture and the delivery of business aligned HR solutions and services. Building strong relationships with people leaders to become a trusted advisor and support them to develop and implement solutions across a range of people matters, will be critical to your success in this role.
We currently have 2 vacancies available for permanent filling, with possible fixed term opportunities arising in the future. This pool will be valid for a period of 12 months following finalisation of the process and may be used to fill other same/similar permanent and fixed term vacancies during that time. Please note, being appointed to the pool does not guarantee a placement to a position.
We are looking for people with:
Demonstrated experience coaching and partnering with leaders and managers to build their people management capabilities.
Confidence to operate as a trusted advisor to people managers and the ability to communicate with influence during periods of transformation and change.
Well developed conceptual, analytical and research skills, with experience in the provision of proactive and innovative solutions to complex problems whilst evaluating and mitigating risks.
