ADMINISTRATOR – MAINTENANCE
Location: Two Wells, SA
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super
Hours: Flexible full-time hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Are you a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple priorities? We’re looking for a motivated Maintenance Administrator to support a busy maintenance team at a large-scale farming operation in Two Wells. In this role, you’ll provide administration, procurement and stores support using maintenance and ERP systems. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a well-functioning team.

About the Role:
Working closely with the Maintenance Planner and wider team, you’ll manage parts inventory, support the use of the maintenance system (MEX), liaise with suppliers and contractors, and help keep operations on track. Your contribution will directly support the maintenance team’s ability to deliver high-quality, efficient work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate part and activity records in the MEX maintenance system.
  • Manage stock levels and source spare parts for maintenance tasks.
  • Generate KPI reports and assist in tracking performance trends.
  • Support contractor inductions and site access coordination.
  • Carry out general administration duties to support the team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and contractors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Clear communication and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with MEX and/or Business Central (desirable but not essential).
  • Professional, reliable, and ready to work as part of a collaborative team.
