About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Administrator to join a high-performing team within a dynamic real estate environment. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations the sales department whilst managing a talented administrative team and providing critical support to the real estate agents. If you’re a proactive leader with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for efficiency, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Sales Administrator, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the administrative team, and providing hands-on support to the real estate team. Your role will ensure all office processes run seamlessly, contributing to the overall success and productivity of the agency.

  • Oversee the smooth running of daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation across all administrative processes.
  • Manage and lead the administrative team, including overseeing work schedules, performance tracking, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including document preparation, scheduling, and managing client communications.
  • Assist with transaction coordination by processing property listings, sales, and leasing documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely completion.
  • Support financial and record-keeping duties, including managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payroll, and maintaining accurate records of contracts and transactions.
  • Foster a productive, collaborative work atmosphere while ensuring all office processes contribute to the overall success of the team.

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working in real estate. A solid understanding of real estate operations, contracts, and documentation is essential. You must possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and manage competing priorities effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you’ll be interacting with clients, agents, and team members on a daily basis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and real estate management software is required, while experience with accounting software like Xero would be highly advantageous. You should have a proactive, team-oriented approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency in the workplace. A Certificate IV in Property will be highly regarded.
